The fixBLM Mission

Broad Mission:
To communicate with and improve American government.
To display and leverage grassroots political support.
To help Congress reign in a wayward BLM and become more accustomed to reigning in other wayward federal agencies.
To tell the Executive Branch to stop appointing zealots to head government agencies.
To help preserve Separation of Powers by obstructing Executive Branch usurpation of Legislative power.
To protect a 2nd Amendment Club against federal oppression.

Specific Mission - Four Actions:

  1. Petition Congress to pass H.R. 3397. This bill has already been introduced in the House and Senate. It is a bill that instructs BLM to withdraw its illegitimate 2023 Conservation and Landscape Rule.
  2. Petition the President and Congress to dismiss BLM Director Tracy Stone-Manning and replace her with a qualified leader.
  3. Petition Congress to pass a bill to instruct BLM & DOI to convey patent for 325 acres of land to the nonprofit Powder River Sportsmen's Club (PRSC), which has operated the Virtue Flat Shooting Range on said land since 1968.
  4. If PRSC is forced to sue BLM for relief from arbitrary and pointless lease restrictions, fixBLM will support the lawsuit.

The 1st Amendment protects your right to petition your government for redress of grievances.
The fixBLM Petition addresses problems that nearly everyone would like to see solved.
You should sign it.
