Impeach Tracy
It is okay to impeach government officials who lie to the Senate during confirmation and then violate their oath to support and defend the Constitution.
Tracy lied to the Senate and then abused Administrative power by creating the new BLM Land Rule which changed and created Law, which is a usurpation of Legislative power, which is a violation of Separation of Powers, which is a violation of her oath.
Impeachment is warranted.
How bad is Tracy? Let's take a look:
In 1989, she was in an Earth-First tree-spiking gang. She typed and mailed a threatening letter to USFS. You can see the letter at the bottom of this article.
She was a target of a federal investigation into the tree-spiking incident.

In 1992, a member of the tree-spiking gang informed on the other members, to the FBI. Tracy realized she might be charged with a crime, so she stopped feeling degraded and hired a lawyer to make an immunity deal in exchange for testifying against her tree-spiker friends. Two of them went to jail.

Tracy was nominated for BLM Director in 2021. She lied on the standard Senate confirmation questionnaire. It asked whether she had ever been investigated for a crime. She said, "not to my knowledge." That was a lie.

Senator Barrasso described the lie. Senator Manchin argued that being investigated, subpoenaed, and required to submit fingerprints and hair samples was not the same as being investigated.
Then every Democrat in the Senate voted to confirm Tracy.

In 2023, Director Tracy announced the new BLM Rule.
Americans do not have to consent to governance by people like Tracy. We can do better. She needs to go.
Also, don't feel bad for Tracy, she has multiple government pensions. She'll be fine.
