Pass H.R. 3397

After BLM announced its new 2023 rule, Congressman Curtis (UT) introduced House Bill H.R. 3397 to instruct BLM to withdraw the rule. Senator Barrasso (WY) also introduced an identical bill in the Senate. 

HR 3397 won't be easy to pass. Both houses have a nearly equal number of Republicans and Democrats. Even though the new BLM Rule is a usurpation of Legislative powers, and not necessary for "conservation," many Democrats will vote against a bill to withdraw the new Rule because partisanship. 

What Congress needs is a push. fixBLM can be the push.

HR 3397 will die if people don't rise up and support it.

HR 3397 will pass easily if enough people display public support for it.

Our goal is to partner with as many organizations as possible, gather as many signatures as possible, publicize this website, and use the Petition as leverage to persuade Congress to pass HR 3397. And dismiss the BLM Director, and give PRSC the range.
