fixBLM publishes its Petition HERE. The Petition displays the user-selected name and state of every person who signs it. 

fixBLM will never sell, give or distribute any other personal information of any Petition Signer to any person, agency, or organization.

We will not spam the membership.  

Our payment processor is Stripe, the second largest processor in the U.S.
Your payment information does not cross our server, therefore we cannot see it, access it, save it, or lose it. 

We do not use any visitor tracking software. We do not use tracking cookies. We do not accept advertisements.

FIX BLM Inc is a tax-exempt, non-profit 501(c)(4) social welfare organization. fixBLM is the FIX BLM Inc website and Petition. 

fixBLM does not provide any member benefits. This website does not have a member login or any member functions.

fixBLM refund policy: No Refunds.
If you make the small donation necessary to sign the fixBLM Petition, we will use the donation to support our Mission. If you are unsure about our cause, do not make a donation and do not sign the Petition. We do not refund donations.

We do not honor requests to edit or modify the name you chose for the Petition. Dishonest, profane, disruptive, or frivolous content entered on our registration form will be deleted; the associated donation will be used to support our Mission.

How to have a record removed from the Petition: mail a signed removal request that includes the original email address used at registration and a $10 check or money order payable to FIX BLM Inc, to PO Box 162 in Baker City, OR  97814. Your record will be removed within 14 days of our receipt of said letter and funds. Your email address is your unique registration identifier. We will not honor any removal request that is not accompanied by $10 and the email address that was used to create the registration.
